Planning and materialization of the congress in conformity with the needs of the participants and the subject of the congress. Choice of location. Promotion of the congress by our fellow-worker, an experienced journalist, press interviews, press releases to newspapers, television and radio channels.
1. CONGRESS LOCATION:
A. Congress hall.
B. Basic audio-visual equipment (overhead projector, screen, clipart).
C. Coffee breaks (coffee, tea, juice, cake & cookies) - package of drinks, wine, non-alcoholics.
D. Congress material: note pad, pen, folder, printed logotype of congress, writing paper, envelopes, posters, printing of minutes and certificate of participation.
E. Secretarial and touristic support before and during the congress.
2. ACCOMMODATION:
A. Accommodation of congress participants in single-, double-, three-bed (suites) rooms of a selected hotel.
3. FOOD:
A. Breakfast, lunch or dinner during the congress, cocktail parties and receptions.
B. Extra social events - meals in places other than the hotel.
4. TRANSFERS:
A. Transfer of congress participants to and from the hotel on arrival-departure.
B. Transfer of congress participants to and from the town centre.
C. Choice of transfer by bus, taxi or limousine.
5. TOURS
A. One-day overland tours with private, air-conditioned busses and one-day cruise to Santorini (only during the summer months) - visits to archaeological sites, museums, gorges, special one-day agro-touristic programmes (tour programmes by IDA Touristic Enterprises).
6. TICKETS
A. Sale and issuing of flight and boat tickets.
