TERMS & CONDITIONS

The price for our accommodation includes:

Room cleaning,

Sheets,

Pool cleaning/maintenance (where necessary),

Power supply,

Water supply,

Gas supply,

Car Rental (for more information see car rental and categories).


Prices are understood per unit or room (in the case of hotels) and not per person. The number of persons per lodging is stated in each description. Sleeping facilities for the given maximal number of persons can also be in the form of a couch/bed in traditional style. Flights are not included. However, we offer you the opportunity to book your ticket through our office or provide you with information concerning your flight. Please contact us at tel: ++30 28310.24466. Each accommodation has carefully been chosen and a personal visit made it possible to provide you with an exact description as follows:

Bedroom: Equipped with either a double bed or two single beds, which can either stand together or separately. If necessary a children’s bed or an extra bed can be provided. Additional sleeping facilities include a couch, a sofa or a traditional style couch/bed.

Kitchen: Furnished with a sink, refrigerator, cooker or hot plates, pots, crockery and cutlery for the particular number of persons. Sometimes the kitchen is integrated in the living room, in which case this is stated in the description.

Kitchenette: Same equipment as for kitchen, but it is smaller and integrated in the living area.

Living room: Furnished with sufficient furniture for the particular number of persons.

Television: The description of each accommodation also mentions whether a television set (simple or satellite) is part of the equipment.

Bathroom: Either shower/WC or bath/WC and washbasin.

Outdoor facilities: Usually sun beds and umbrellas are at the disposal of the guests in an accommodation with swimming pool.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival the accommodation will be ready for you to move in from 14.00 h. Should you arrive before this time we kindly ask you to show some patience in case that the accommodation is not yet ready. Please check out before 12 a.m. on the day of departure as thorough cleaning of the accommodation takes some time.

CLEANING

It varies how many times each accommodation is cleaned. Cleaning usually includes the floors and WC as well as bed making. Washing and washing up are at the responsibility of the guest. Sheets and bath towels are provided, but towels are not to be used on the beach.

FIREPLACE/CENTRAL HEATING/AIR-CONDITIONING

Please note that in country houses with fireplace the price for firewood is usually not included and that in some accommodation an extra charge will be raised for central heating or air-conditioning.

DAMAGES

Guests are requested to report any damages immediately to the owner using inside or outside facilities to do so.

PETS

Apart from the exceptions mentioned in the descriptions, pets are not allowed in either of our accommodation.

LOCAL SERVICES

Information regarding shops, restaurants, museums, water sports, transportation etc. should only be considered as a guide, since changes in opening hours, prices etc. can change according to season.

CAR RENTAL

As most of our accommodation is at some distance from the larger towns, however you still wish to remain mobile during your holiday, we have included a car rental in the price. The car can be collected at the airport on the day of arrival and returned there upon departure. If you do not wish to rent a car we will gladly organise a taxi transfer for you from the airport to your holiday accommodation. A corresponding reduction of the price of your accommodation will be made. (Ask for our taxi transfer prices.) Please consider when renting the car that it provides enough space for your luggage.

CATEGORIES OF CARS

The reservation of a rented car only guarantees the delivery of a car of the requested category. We are not able to make reservations for a particular make. Please view more information regarding categories as well as general terms and conditions here.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Yu can visit our website for price information for the period you wish to make your reservation and also make a booking request. After we have confirmed availability of the accommodation you will receive confirmation within 24 hours. TERMS OF PAYMENT

After you have received confirmation of availability a deposit of 25% of the total price will be due. Only after receipt of the deposit will your request be considered as a booking. The remaining amount should be paid 4 weeks before arrival at the latest. If you make your reservation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the complete price is due immediately. After we have been credited with this amount, you will receive your booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you cancel up to 6 weeks before your planned arrival, you will be refunded in full any payment you have already made. If you make a cancellation after this time, you will lose your deposit. If we have not received any payment from you 4 weeks before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
